Wikipedia fights off the Reality of the Colbert Report Popularity

Colbert Wiki Reality2 Last night, Stephen Colbert mocked Microsoft for trying to pay writers to manipulate Wikipedia claiming that he is the rightful manipulator of Wikipedia. Then, he proceeded to suggest his audience define Reality as a commodity that can be bought and sold - via Wikipedia.

The thumbnail (click to enlarge) shows the Wikipedia community and system administrators trying to fend off attacks to the definition of Reality:

Protected Reality: Colbert; there's no way it'll stop in 3 hours (in fact, then the West Coast will hit it) [edit=sysop:move=sysop] (expires 04:41, February 2, 2007 (UTC)))

Colbert seems to be affecting reality quite a bit lately - getting Saginaw Spirit fans to toss General Motors' Annual Reports on the ice at last week's hockey game.
